Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our nonprofit organization! As a mission-driven organization, every purchase helps fund our initiatives. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing items with original tags attached. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are available for eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at Orders@jetcitycoalition.com before sending the item back to ensure availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
